Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions of Entry, instructions and information on how to enter the Promotion form part of these program rules.
2. Duration of the Promotion: The program will commence at 12.00am AEDT on 16th March 2015 and will run through to 11.59pm AEST on 31st July 2015 (Program Period).
3. Promotion Criteria:
a) The Promotion is only valid for bookings of 3 or more days
b) Entry into the carpark must occur within the promotional period
c) Bookings must be pre-paid online prior to arrival
d) The Promotion is only available to customers who select the self-park option when booking
e) Promotional code WASH must be entered when prompted otherwise the offer will not apply
4. Promotion Conditions:
a) Limited spaces available per day. Availability of offer will be confirmed at time of booking.
b) The Promotion will not run in the event of rain or electrical storms on the morning of the day of collection.
c) Park & Fly Pty Ltd are not liable to you (or any passengers in the vehicle, or any other party) for any loss, damage, injury or any incidental, indirect, special, consequential or economic loss or damage (including loss of opportunity exemplary or punitive damages) whether to person or property (including the vehicle) and whether arising from default, negligence, misconduct or otherwise by us, our employees and agents.
5. General Conditions:
a) Park & Fly Pty Ltd interpretation of the Promotion Rules, including determining eligibility for free carwash, will be final and binding. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
b) Park & Fly Pty Ltd has no liability to participants because of the availability, and/or inability of Park and Fly or a third party to supply parts of the Promotion for whatever reason. Such event is not a basis for variation of the Program Rules.
c) Park & Fly Pty Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer on-line systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion.
d) If the Promotion is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond Park & Fly Pty Ltd control, including due to any technical, operational, logistical or communications problems, Park & Fly Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
e) Park & Fly Pty Ltd and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to the Promotion.
