Airline companies recommend at least an hour for Domestic and 2 hours for International flights. This is advised to allow for unexpected traffic hold-ups or other unplanned delays.

How does Park & Fly determine my parking cost?

Park & Fly determines the cost of your stay using a “Per Calender Day” system. Meaning your total cost to park is calculated using the number of calendar days of your stay. As such, specific times of arrival and departure have no bearing on the price quoted. All Park & Fly booking and quick quote forms already follow this pricing structure.

If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact us via our Contact Us Page.

Please note that charges are based on calendar days and not a 24 hour period.

Do I need a booking?

You don’t have to make a booking but it is recommended you reserve a spot in Park & Fly’s airport parking facility to avoid disappointment. Due to the demand for airport parking in Sydney, there are times when the airport parking building is full and only those with bookings are able to leave their car.

Please note however, that a booking does not guarantee parking undercover or in the multi-deck building, as depending on availability you may be asked to proceed to the self park section.

All bookings for airport parking in Sydney can be made through the website, on the Book Now page. An online airport parking booking will save you time when checking-in and will also ensure that you are familiar with our Terms & Conditions. For customers who do not have access to the Internet or need booking assistance, please Contact Us or call on 1300 13 7275 from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Can small children travel on the Park & Fly shuttles?

If you are travelling with young children, please note that all children under seven (7) years of age are required to be restrained in a suitable and approved child restraint when travelling in Park & Fly vans, in accordance with the new child restraint laws, effective from March 01, 2010. Please click here for more information regarding the changes to the child restraint laws.

In view of this change, Park & Fly has equipped 2 designated vehicles that have (2) Type B-Forward Facing child restraints fitted within, for children between 1 to 4 years old.

Additionally, Park & Fly will also be using the new ‘Type E-Booster Seats’ that can be used for children from 14kgs to 26kgs (approximately 4 to 7years of age), to accommodate these     changes. These booster seats can be used in any of the vehicles and are secured by a lap/sash seatbelt.

As the number of vans with approved child restraint seats are limited and maybe in high demand, we would still strongly recommend dropping children under the age of 7 at the airport terminal first, together with an accompanying adult, prior to dropping your vehicle off at Park & Fly.
