That’s why we’re excited to share that we’re working behind the scenes on a brand-new Loyalty Program, designed to offer even more value, flexibility, and exclusive benefits every time you park with us.
As we transition to this new program, our previous loyalty program has officially closed. But rest assured, your loyalty hasn’t gone unnoticed. If you had points accumulated under the old system, you’ll receive a voucher to use on our new and improved booking platform.
We know change can raise questions, so here’s what you need to know:
- All loyalty points are being honoured: Every customer with an existing balance will be issued a voucher to use on their next booking.
- Haven’t received your voucher yet? No problem, we’re here to help. If your voucher hasn’t landed in your inbox, or you’re unsure about anything, simply get in touch with our customer service team.
